Bloody Mary Drinks are known as the "Hangover Cure". There is a mystery at play when it comes to the origins of the Bloody Mary. Some stories claim that the famous drink was named after a server named 'Mary' who worked at a bar by the name of 'The Bucket of Blood in Chicago. There are many other stories that claim it was named after the Queen Mary Tudor of England. Either way, this famous drink has deep roots in the world of mixed drinks and has earned its reputation! Today, I'm sharing a simple way to mix a Bloody Mary Drink at home. It can be done with any of our Signature Bloody Mary Blends!
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ oz vodkaÂ
• 3 oz tomato juiceÂ
• ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juiceÂ
• ½ tsp Worcestershire sauceÂ
• 2-3 dashes hot sauce (adjust to taste)Â
• ½ tsp your spice blendÂ
• Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. In a shaker or tall glass, combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ground celery seed, and any of our Bloody Mary - Spice Blends.Â
2. Fill the shaker or glass with ice cubes.
3. Shake or stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.Â
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.Â
5. Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, parsley sprig, pickles, olives, or any other garnishes of your choice.Â
6. Optionally, rim the glass with additional spice blend for extra flavor.
